HALSWELL QUARRY TO THE START OF THE CROCODILE (~15 20 MINUTES) Starting from Halswell Quarry, head up Kennedys Bush Road. Carry on through the Quarry Hill sub division to the end of the road where you climb over a couple of styles. On the left is the bike cattle stop at the well sign posted start to the track.

The course will use tracks at the Crocodile XC MTB Park adjacent to Halswell Quarry. Some of the course is still in the process of being built. The course lap will be about 4 km long with about 165 m climbing per lap. The Commissaires decide the number of laps . Halswell is a really fun little trail system that's easy/intermediate skill overall. Short and sweet, you climb up the C2 trail (or Crocodile), blast down Deviation or another one-way DH trail and climb back up for another lap.
